Hello r/netflix, Thought I would share a solution to the issue with everyone here. I have a high refresh rate monitor (144hz) and found that both 120hz and 144hz refresh rates will cause severe stuttering while in fullscreen with the Windows 10 app. Simply reducing the refresh rate to 100hz or below will solve the problem.
